Absent: Senator Barb  Goodwin - Vice Chair

Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 6:14 pm. Senator Goodwin has been excused from the hearing.

S.F. 1246: Senator Dahle: Will be brought up for reconsideration - Motor vehicle collisions driver must stop requirements clarification and terminology change.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1246, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2118: Senator Dahle: Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.



Senator Dziedzic moved that S.F. 2118, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
