Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:20 pm. Senator Newman has been excused from this hearing.

H.F. 183: Senator Dibble: Public employees unauthorized access to data enhanced penalties and reporting requirements.



Senator Dziedzic moved that H.F. 183, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
