Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:36 am. Senator Bakk declared a quorum was present at 8:36 am.

Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 1034, be referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.
