Senator Kent moved that S.F. 985, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 947: Senator Reinert: Idle reduction technology equipped motor vehicles weight limit modification.



Senator Reinert moved that S.F. 947, be recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 717: Senator Bonoff: Motor carriers and limousines underage drinking laws monitoring requirement.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 717, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 948: Senator Kent: Washington county bus rapid transit development authorization.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 948, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1179: Senator Sieben: Washington county state land conveyance to the city of Newport.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1179, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
