Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 8:34am. Senator Parry was excused from committee.

S.F. 1441: Senator Rosen: Redevelopment demolition loans authorization; contamination cleanup report modification.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1441, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2181: Senator Rosen: Renewable development account regulation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2181, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2216: Senator Magnus: Community energy technical assistance and outreach assessment and grant requirement.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 2216, as amended, recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1553: Senator Carlson: Dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistant guest license provisions modifications; board of nursing home administrators prior appropriation base adjustment modification.



Senator Stumpf moved that S.F. 1553, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1791: Senator DeKruif: Motor vehicle submission of bond for certificate of title clarification.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1791, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
