Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 8:37am. Senator Cohen was excused from committee.

S.F. 1586: Senator Limmer: Criminal neglect of vulnerable adults penalties modifications.



Senator Hann moved that S.F. 1586, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1713: Senator Rosen: Immigrant and minority pilot microloan program establishment and agroforestry loan program repeal.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 1713, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1260: Senator Kruse: County publication requirements modifications; Ramsey county community corrections department duties modifications; collective bargaining agreement on aggregate value of benefits modifications; local provisions repeal.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1260, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1567: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Environmental permits efficiency; environmental review modifications; conservation rate structure requirement elimination; appropriation.



Senator Robling moved that S.F. 1567, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.
