*Please note, H.F. 1467 was heard as S.F. 1357 and passed by the Finance Committee last year. After adjournment of the 2011 regular session, the identical bill was returned to the Committee as H.F. 1467. Public testimony on this bill has already taken place during committee consideration of this bill in the 2011 session.
