Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 3:04pm.

S.F. 1560: Senator Pederson: Public waters conservation rate structure requirement elimination.



Senator Pederson moved that S.F. 1560, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Sf 1567. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1486: Senator Saxhaug: Cellulosic biofuel facilities environmental review requirements modifications.



Senator Saxhaug moved that S.F. 1486, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus SF 1567. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1567: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Environmental permits efficiency and environmental review modifications.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1567, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to . - MOTION PREVAILED.
