Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 6:12pm. Senator Olson was excused.

S.F. 1042: Senator Wiger: Drivers education instruction and license examination requirements expansion for carbon monoxide poisoning.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 1042, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1260: Senator Kruse: County certified public accounting firms usage authorization; county publication requirements modifications; Ramsey county community corrections department duties modifications; collective bargaining agreement on aggregate value of benefits modificat.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 1260, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 874: Senator Limmer: In forma pauperis proceeding court reimbursement or partial payment authorization.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 874, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
