Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 11:00 am. Senator Marty excused.

H.F. 562: Senator Limmer: Manufactured home parks water and sewer charges and charges by public water suppliers regulation.



Senator Limmer moved that H.F. 562, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1236: Senator Parry: Innocent Successor Asbestos-Related Liability Fairness Act.


S.F. 1287: Senator Hann: Minnesota sex offender program provisions modifications.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1287, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1173: Senator Benson: Adoption assistance and child welfare provisions modifications.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 1173, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1125: Senator Thompson: Portable electronics products insurance claims regulation; automated claims processing system authorization.

S.F. 1234: Senator Kruse: Secretary of state business entities certificates issuance process provisions clarifications and modifications.

S.F. 1357: Senator Hoffman: Defense of Dwelling and Person Act of 2011; firearms regulation provisions modifications (45 minutes will be given for support testimony, 45 minutes for opposition with one hour of discussion/final vote.).
