S.F. 506: Senator Ortman: Conciliation court civil claim limit increase; district court general operations appropriation.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 506, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1115: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Natural resources department (DNR) nonnative invasive species provisions modifications, public waters work permits requirements modifications; aquatic plants harvesting and control and increased penalties provisions.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1115, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
