Senator Rosen called the meeting to order at(10:38)

S.F. 556: Senator Nienow: Emergency services and transitional housing grants appropriation.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 742: Senator Rosen: Hospital moratorium exception for expanded psychiatric hospital bed capacity.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 742, be laid over.

S.F. 626: Senator Rosen: Nursing home bed moratorium exception for hardship areas.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 626, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 645: Senator Lourey: Community spousal contribution for long-term care expenses of institutionalized person receiving medical assistance (MA) requirement.
