Senator Richard J. Cohen called the meeting to order at 8:54 a.m. A quorum was present. Senator Cohen moved for a recess at 9:36 a.m. Senator Berglin called the meeting to order at 10:27 a.m.

S.F. 3355: Senator Tomassoni: Higher education securities transactions exemptions modifications; state grant program for secondary education appropriation.



Senator Tomassoni moved that S.F. 3355, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION FAILED.

H.F. 2037: Senator Cohen: General fund dedicated revenues appropriations movement.



Senator Cohen moved that H.F. 2037, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3175: Senator Anderson: Indoor ice arenas electronic air monitoring devices requirement and air quality standards.
