Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 10:34 a.m.

S.F. 2511: Senator Rest: Collaborative governance council establishment.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 2511, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2516: Senator Rest: Minnesota coalition for the innovation and collaboration establishment.



Be laid on the table.

S.F. 2540: Senator Murphy: Transportation powers, definitions, goals, mission and prohibitions expansion; deputy registrar modifications; towing powers modifications; transportation access council creation; safety technology grants.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 2540, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1770: Senator Jungbauer: Ladder out of poverty task force establishment.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 1770, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2496: Senator Rummel: Policy innovation and research task force.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 2496, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2620: Senator Bonoff: Service innovation commission establishment.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 2620, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3002: Senator Bonoff: School desegregation and integration advisory task force establishment.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 3002, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1880: Senator Metzen: Innovation board reestablishment; providing for grants and appropriation.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 1880, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
