Senator Steve Murphy called the meeting to order at 6:20 PM.

S.F. 2544: Senator Jungbauer: Transportation projects alternative financing and investment authorization.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 2544, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2004: Senator Kelash: Snow removal in uncompleted subdivisions by road authorities authorization.



Senator Kelash moved that S.F. 2004, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2469: Senator Murphy: Motor carrier transportation contracts indemnity provision prohibition.



Senator Murphy moved that S.F. 2469, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2653: Senator Murphy: Type III motor vehicle driver requirements modifications.



Senator Murphy moved that S.F. 2653, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
