Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 9:10 A.M.

S.F. 1328: Senator Stumpf: Miscellaneous early childhood education and family, kindergarten through grade 12 and adult education provisions modifications and appropriations.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 1328, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1757: Senator Carlson: Eagan tax increment financing district duration extension authorization.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1757, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1881: Senator Metzen: South St. Paul tax increment financing (TIF) district establishment.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1881, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1866: Senator Foley: Coon Rapids tax increment financing district (TIF) duration extension.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1866, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1895: Senator Scheid: Tax increment financing (TIF) increments transfer to municipality to offset state aid reductions authorization.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1895, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1993: Senator Scheid: Tax increment financing (TIF) districts duration limit modification for housing and redevelopment districts.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1993, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
