Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:50 A.M.

S.F. 609: Senator Dahle: City aid base increase authorization.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 609, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 493: Senator Sheran: Mankato sales and use tax modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 493, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 322: Senator Day: Owatonna transportation project sales and use proceeds transfer authorization.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 322, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 832: Senator Bakk: Income tax exception extension to property on the premises of a printer required for jurisdiction to ownership.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 832, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1054: Senator Bakk: Tax levy limits abolishment.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1054, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
