S.F. 152: Senator Vandeveer: Toll roads prohibition.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 152, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION FAILED.

S.F. 208: Senator Vandeveer: Freeway shoulder statewide transit and metro mobility use authorization; regional passenger motor carrier metropolitan bus stop and shelter use authorization.

S.F. 335: Senator Saxhaug: Irv Anderson Memorial Highway designation.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 335, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

Senator Rest moved that S.F. 47, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 99: Senator Carlson: Motor vehicle operators child restraint systems use requirement expansion.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 99, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
