Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m. Senator Prettner Solon announced that a quorum was present. Senator Prettner Solon passed the gavel to Senator Rosen for the purpose of presenting S.F. 1200.

S.F. 1200: Senator Prettner Solon: Public utilities residential accounts monthly reports requirement.



Senator Prettner Solon moved that S.F. 1200, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1335: Senator Olseen: Cold weather rule provisions modifications.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 1335, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1363: Senator Carlson: Public utilities household current charges and past due payment arrangements.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 1363, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1696: Senator Clark: Public utilities low income residential ratepayers affordability programs provision modification.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1696, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
