Senator Linda Scheid called the meeting to order at 12:42 p.m. Senator Scheid passed the gavel to Senator Sparks at 12:43 p.m.

S.F. 504: Senator Torres Ray: Amino based acid elemental formulas health insurance coverage requirement.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 504, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1333: Senator Latz: Car buyers bill of rights.

S.F. 1262: Senator Higgins: Jewelry products containing lead manufacture and sale regulations.



Senator Prettner Solon moved that S.F. 1262, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1441: Senator Higgins: Paint retailer requirements.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 1441, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1464: Senator Skogen: Motor vehicle air bag repair and replacement requirement.
