Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:40 AM.

S.F. 3534: Senator Dibble: Minneapolis housing replacement district provisions modification and tax increment use modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3534, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

S.F. 2841: Senator Clark: Property tax exemption for public charity institutions clarification.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 2841, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 3162: Senator Moua: Northstar and Central corridors rail projects sales tax exemption provisions modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3162, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

S.F. 3043: Senator Larson: Income tax credit for equity and opportunity in education.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3043, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2717: Senator Olson: Sales tax exemption for school district purchase of propane fueled vehicles.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 2717, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 3533: Senator Dahle: Subordinate service districts surplus revenue refund authorization to towns upon removal.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3533, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3260: Senator Chaudhary: Fridley tax increment financing district.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 3512: Senator Chaudhary: New Brighton tax increment financing districts duration extension and expenditures use modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3512, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
