S.F. 3390: Senator Prettner Solon: Duluth tax increment financing districts time extension.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3390, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

S.F. 3099: Senator Berglin: Minnesota Health Insurance Exchange; state health care programs affordability expansion; health improvement fund establishment; health care transformation commission creation; section 125 plans.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 3099, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2841: Senator Clark: Property tax exemption for public charity institutions clarification.
