Senator Linda Scheid called the meeting to order at 12:43 p.m.
S.F. 3336: Senator Foley: Vehicle window glazing restriction exemptions provided.
S.F. 3446: Senator Saltzman: Small employers flexible benefits plans option.
S.F. 2980: Senator Dahle: Flood insurance coverage regulated, and disclosures of noncoverage required.
H.F. 3411: Senator Johnson: Petroleum product standards updated and number provided to advertise grade of gasoline.
S.F. 3174: Senator Sparks: Uniform securities act name change to Minnesota securities act and provisions modifications.
S.F. 1578: Senator Sparks: Consumer reports security freezes regulated, and fees provided.
S.F. 2765: Senator Sparks: Auto insurance and certain claims practices regulated.
S.F. 3594: Senator Scheid: Real estate closing agent requirements modification and title insurance definition.
S.F. 3328: Senator Tomassoni: Credit card surcharges regulation.
S.F. 3508: Senator Olson: Motor vehicle insurance adjustments insurer prohibitions.
