Senator Linda Scheid called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m.
S.F. 3396: Senator Anderson: Minnesota Subprime Foreclosure Deferment Act of 2008.
S.F. 1858: Senator Rummel: Bisphenol-A and phthalates products prohibition for young children.
S.F. 651: Senator Pappas: Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) manufacture and sale restrictions.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m. The proceedings were taped and the materials distributed are attached to these minutes.
