Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 9:44 AM. Quorum was reached at 9:48 AM.

S.F. 2912: Senator Scheid: Foreclosure data practices requirements; statewide foreclosure data collection and reporting system study.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 2912, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2918: Senator Higgins: Foreclosure sale publication of notice content requirements modifications.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2918, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2909: Senator Olseen: Right of tenants to pay utility bills modifications.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2909, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2917: Senator Marty: Manufactured homes lending practices and default regulation provisions.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 2917, as amended and referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee without recommendation. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2908: Senator Higgins: Landlord and tenant notice requirements under foreclosure and contract cancellation proceedings.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2908, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2910: Senator Higgins: Exemption for withholding last month\'s rent.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2910, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2915: Senator Moua: Human rights hearings civil penalties and punitive damages provision modification; residential mortgage fraud penalties sentencing provision modification.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 2915, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
