Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:34 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:05 PM.

S.F. 3193: Senator Rest: Adoption birth records access modifications.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 3193, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3360: Senator Foley: Animal fighting restriction and penalty modification.



Senator Foley moved that S.F. 3360, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3139: Senator Latz: Crime of unlawful charges in ticket sales; crime of unlawful acts in automated device ticket purchases.



Senator Foley moved that S.F. 3139, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
