S.F. 4130: Senator Utke: 2020 Workers\' Compensation Advisory Council recommendations adoption (pending re-referral).



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 4130, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3226: Senator Housley: Third-party programs and third-party testers to conduct behind-the-wheel road tests for class D drivers licenses; requirements and criteria specified; audits requirements; appeals of decisions made by commissioner of public safety authorization.
