Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 6:09pm.

S.F. 2770: Senator Koran: Minnesota law enforcement association labor agreement and Minnesota state board of investment salary administration compensation plan ratification.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2770, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 90: Senator Housley: Assisted living licensing requirements, fees, and fines establishment; health and home care bills of rights modifications; home care licensing, office of health facility complaints powers, vulnerable adults act, and consumer protection modifications; task forces establishment; appropriations.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that H.F. 90, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
