Senator Murphy moved the A31 amendment Dan Mueller, Senate Fiscal Analyst, spoke to the amendment Senator Marty called for division There were 5 yes votes and 5 no votes Motion did not prevail Senator Murphy moved to reconsider the previous vote on the A31 amendment and requested a roll call There were 7 yes votes and 5 no votes Motion prevailed Senator Murphy requested a roll call on the underlying A31 amendment There were 7 yes votes and 5 no votes Motion prevailed Senator Frentz moved the A32 amendment Motion prevailed Senator Frentz moved the A35 amendment Motion prevailed Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 2865, as amended, be recommended to pass and staff be instructed to make technical and conforming changes Senator Frentz requested a roll call There were 6 yes votes and 5 no votes Motion prevailed
