Senator Omar Fateh called the meeting to order at 3:08pm
S.F. 2483: Senator Fateh: Office of Higher Education funding and policy related provisions modifications and appropriations.
Senator Kupec moved the A-4 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Fateh moved the A-8 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Oumou Verbeten offered the A-7 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Oumou Verbeten offered the A-9 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Farnsworth moved the A-5 amendment, which was NOT ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Utke moved the A-6 amendment, which was NOT ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Utke moved the A-10 amendment. Senator Utke moved the A-11 amendment to the A-10 amendment. By a voice vote the A-11 amendment to the A-10 amendment was ADOPTED. By a voice vote the underlying amendment was NOT ADOPTED. Senator Rarick moved the A-12 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote.
Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 2483, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

Senator Oumou Verbeten offered the A-7 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote. Senator Oumou Verbeten offered the A-9 amendment, which was ADOPTED by voice vote.
