Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:07pm. After every agenda item, time was allowed for committee discussion, questions, and potential amendments if applicable.

S.F. 2520: Senator Hawj: City of St. Paul Arcade Street and East 7th Street construction mitigation grants to businesses affected by construction appropriation.

Senator Foung Hawj presented S.F. 2520 -City of St. Paul Arcade Street and East 7th Street construction mitigation grants to businesses affected by construction appropriation Senator Hawj moved the A1 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the amendment was adopted. Testimony was heard from the following individuals: - Paris Dunning, East Side Area Business Association - SingYang Sayaxang, Sun Moon Boba - Marsha Allen, East Side Neighborhood Development Company Senator Hawj moved that S.F. 2520 as amended be recommended to pass and referred to the Committee on Jobs and Economic Development. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed.

S.F. 1480: Senator Carlson: Road usage charge enactment for all-electric vehicles.

Chair Dibble gave the gavel to Vice Chair Ann M. Johnson Stewart. Senator Jim Carlson presented S.F. 1480 - Road usage charge enactment for all-electric vehicles Senator Carlson moved the A1 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted. Testimony was heard from the following individuals: - Nick Haeg, Fresh Energy Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 1480, as amended, pass without recommendation to the committee on taxes. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed.

Senator Jeff R. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed.

MnDOT provided a presentation on the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program The presentation was given by the following individuals: - Amber Dallman, MnDOT Office of Sustainability and Public Health
