Senator Matt D. Klein called the meeting to order at 12:39pm.

S.F. 2370: Senator Dibble: (Omnibus Cannabis Bill) Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol in edible cannabinoid products and lower-potency hemp edibles limits modification when intended to be consumed as beverages.

S.F. 1024: Senator Wiklund: (Motion to Reconsider) MNsure premium subsidy program establishment, providing a sunset for the Minnesota premium security plan, and appropriation.

Senator Latz moves that SF be taken from the table. SF1024 is taken off the table. Senator Green requested a roll call vote for the passage of S.F. 1024, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety 6/5 (Ayes: Klein, Seeberger, Frentz, Latz, Rest, Wiklund; Nays: Dahms, Duckworth, Green, Howe, Rasmusson) MOTION PREVAILED

Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 1024, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
