Senator Matt D. Klein called the meeting to order at 12:37pm.

Page 23, line 8 after insert “Sec. 24 Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 62D.221, is amended by adding a subdivision to read: Subd. 3. Exception. Notwithstanding subdivision 1, health maintenance organizations are not subject to oversight under this section for section 62D.20, subdivision 1, paragraph (a) clauses (7) to (9), and paragraph (f).
