Senator Xiong moved that S.F. 96, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1418: Senator Hoffman: Direct support professionals council establishment and appropriation.

Senator Carlson moved the A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted. Senator Bahr moved the A1 amendment. Senator Drazkowski requested a roll call vote on the adoption of A1 amendment. 5/6 (Ayes: Lang, Bahr, Drazkowski, Eichorn, Koran; Nays: Xiong, Gustafson, Maye Quade, Carlson, Cwodzinski, Johnson Stewart) MOTION FAILED Senator Drazkowski moved the A2 amendment. S.F. 1730: Senator Dibble: Office of Cannabis Management inclusion as an agency for the purpose of having a government-to-government relationship with tribal government.

S.F. 1891: Senator Lang: Retailer contracts provisions modification.

Vice Chair Maye Quade moved an oral amendment to SF 1891 as follows: Page 2, line 10, delete “or” Page 2, line 12, after the semicolon, insert “or (iv) has been pardoned for violation of federal crimes of sedition or insurrection” Vice Chair Maye Quade requested a roll call vote on the adoption of the oral amendment. 5/6 (Ayes: Gustafson, Maye Quade, Carlson, Cwodzinski, Johnson Stewart; Nays: Xiong, Lang, Bahr, Drazkowski, Eichorn, Koran) MOTION FAILED Senator Bahr moved the A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
