S.F. 447: Senator Rest: Consumer protection restitution account establishment, public compensation payments exclusion from certain calculations of income, and appropriation.

The oral amendment was adopted.

Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 447, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1592: Senator Kupec: State songs designation.

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Senator Xiong moved that S.F. 1592, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 787: Senator Mann: Open meeting laws unlimited remote participation authorization modification provision.

Testifiers: Laura Oksnevad - School Board Member, ISD 282 Dr. Terry Morrow - General Counsel, MN School Board Association Senator Carlson moved the A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Senator Xiong moved that S.F. 787, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
