Senator Lindsey Port called the meeting to order at 12:33 pm

Call to Order

At 2:12 pm Senator Liz Boldon took the gavel. At 2:16 pm Senator Port took back the gavel.

S.F. 2231: Senator Boldon: Mixed-use housing zones establishment requirement provision.

Senator Boldon moved that S.F. 2231, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State and Local Government Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1268: Senator Fateh: Minimum parking mandates prohibition provision.

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1268, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State and Local Government Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1750: Senator Lucero: Common interest communities provisions modifications.
