Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:05pm. After each agenda item and before any action was taken, time was allowed for committee discussion and potential amendments.

S.F. 2148: Senator Dibble: Regional transportation sales and use tax allocation modification; Washington Avenue Pedestrian Bridge suicide prevention barriers funding allocation.
