Senator Eichorn moved the A1 amendment Testifier: Becca Nash, Director, Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources Motion prevailed Testifier: Mike Campana, Assistant Director, Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources Senator Jasinski moved the A2 amendment with an oral amendment incorporated to delete “Board of Water and Soil Resources” and insert “Commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency” on line 1.6 Senator Frentz requested a roll call There were 6 yes votes and 6 no votes Motion did not prevail Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 506, as amended, be recommended to pass Senator Pappas requested a roll call There were 10 yes votes and 2 no votes Motion prevailed
