Senator Klein moved that S.F. 44, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 375: Senator Rest: Authority and requirements modification for local sales and use taxes.
Senator Rest offered the A-5 amendment. Senator Rest moved an oral amendment to the A-5 amendment to delete lines 1.2 through 3.3. The motion prevailed and the amendment as amended was adopted Testifiers: Jenny Max – City Administrator, Nisswa Michael Williams – Stearns County Administrator Patricia Nauman – Metro Cities Kyle Makarios – Minnesota Building and Construction Trades Bradley Peterson – Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities
