Senator Omar Fateh called the meeting to order at 3:05pm

Call to order


S.F. 164: Senator Weber: Public postsecondary institutions maintenance of a supply of opiate antagonists on system campuses requirement.

Senator Fateh moved the A1 amendment, adopted by voice vote Senator Fateh moved an oral amendment to the bill. Page 1, line 13 Strike "Naloxone" and insert "opiate antagonist" MOTION ADOPTED The following individuals testified on S.F.0164: -Will Rops, alum, Minnesota State University - Mankato -Emma Gabbert, student, Metropolitan State University

Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 164, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 377: Senator Oumou Verbeten: Legacy admissions prohibition.

Senator Oumou Verbeten moved the A1 amendment, motion was adopted by voice vote The following individuals testified on S.F.0377: Kyle Beltramini, policy research fellow, American Council of Trustees and Alumni

Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 377, be laid over.

Presentation of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities student support request

The following individuals testified on Presentation of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities student support request: -Kim Lynch, Associate Vice Chancellor, Minnesota State -Paul Shepherd, Associate Vice Chancellor, Minnesota State Senator Fateh turned over the gavel to Vice Chair Putnam at 3:46pm Senator Putnam returned the gavel to Chair Fateh at 3:52pm
