Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:37 PM
S.F. 856: Senator Gustafson: Office of the Inspector General creation and appropriation.
The following individuals testified on S.F.0856: Matt Ehling, MNOG; Judy Randall, OLA; Rich Neumeister; A19 Senator Clark moved Senator Limmer moved the following oral amendment to the A19: Page 2, Line 10 delete "section" and insert "chapter" adopted by voice A19 as amended adopted by voice Senator Limmer moved to amend the motion to pass from "recommended to pass" to "without recommendation" Senator Limmer withdrew his motion to amend the motion
Senator Kreun moved that S.F. 856, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Education Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
