Senator Lindsey Port called the meeting to order at 12:35 pm

Call to Order


S.F. 203: Senator Port: Housing infrastructure bonds issuance authorization and appropriation.

The following individuals testified on S.F.0203: -Mandy Pant, American Indian Community Development Corporation -Gunnar Carlson, Riverton Community Housing -Tyrone Shields, Alliance Housing -John Thorson, LiUNA -Kelly Law, Minnesota Consortium of Community Developers

Senator Port moved that S.F. 203, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 982: Senator Boldon: Minnesota Housing Finance Agency appropriation for the economic development and housing challenge program.

The following individuals testified on S.F.0982: Kelly Law, Minnesota Consortium of Community Developers Mikeya Griffin, Rondo Community Land Trust Laura helle, Three Rivers Community Action

Senator Boldon moved that S.F. 982, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Informational Hearing on Dedicated Funding for Housing This is an informational hearing only, no action will be taken. There will be no public testimony taken; written testimony and handouts will be accepted.
