S.F. 426: Senator Eichorn: Hydroelectric capacity that qualifies as an eligible energy technology under the renewable energy standard modification provision.

Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 426, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 350: Senator Mathews: Certificate of need issuance for a new nuclear power plant prohibition abolishment.
