Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:05 pm. After each agenda item, time was allowed for discussion and amendments before any committee action.

S.F. 4067: Senator Dibble: Various policies clarification and modification related to Driver and Vehicle Services.

Chair Dibble gave the gavel to Senator Liz Boldon.
