Senator John A. Hoffman called the meeting to order at 3:14pm. Senator Fateh took the gavel at 3:23pm. Senator Hoffman took the gavel at 3:33pm.

S.F. 4191: Senator Housley: Assisted living facility compliance with correction orders information access requirements modification.

Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 4191, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3364: Senator Hoffman: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) research and caregiver support programs grant appropriation.
