Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 9:35AM

Call to Order


S.F. 3660: Senator Dibble: Metro Mobility funding forecast clarification provision.

Senator Frentz moved the A2 amendment Motion prevailed Krista Boyd, Fiscal Analyst, spoke to the bill

Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 3660, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3507: Senator Hawj: Environmental and natural resources trust fund appropriation and modification.

Testifier: - Becca Nash, Director, Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 3507 be recommended to pass Senator Pratt called for division There were 6 hands shown for yes and 5 hands shown for no Motion prevailed

Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 3507, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3534: Senator Westlin: Use of reasonable force in schools grounds modification; use of reasonable force in schools grounds modification; school resource officers minimum training requirements and duties definition establishment; school resource officer model policy development requirement; appropriating money.

SF3534 was not heard by the committee on February 29th Senator Marty recessed the committee at 10:37AM until the call of the chair Senator Marty reconvened the committee at 4:57PM
