Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:30pm. After each bill presentation and before committee action, there was time for discussion and questions.
S.F. 1360: Senator Carlson: Vehicle requirement to slow down or move over for a stopped vehicle with its
emergency, flashing or warning lights activated.
