Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 3:03 PM.

Senator Koran moved the A41 Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A41 Amendment was adopted. 
 
A39 Amendment
Senator Rest moved the A39 Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A 39 Amendment was adopted.
 
A42 Amendment

Senator Koran moved the A36 Amendment. Senator Koran moved an Oral Amendment to his A36 Amendment. On page 8, line 11, delete “12” and insert “15”. Senator Koran requested a roll call vote and a roll call was granted.
