Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 3:06 PM.

Senator Boldon moved the A32 Author's Amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A32 Author's Amendment was adopted.
 
Senator Rest moved an Oral Amendment to the A32 Author's Amendment. On line 20.28, in both appearances of the words, "an individual", delete "an individual" and insert "a person". By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the Oral Amendment to the A32 Author's Amendment was adopted.
 
Senator Koran moved the A37 Amendment. Senator Koran withdrew the A37 Amendment and moved to lay over SF3, to resume discussion on Tuesday, February 7th. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed and SF 3 was laid over.


Senator Koran moved that S.F. 3, be laid on the table. - MOTION PREVAILED.
