Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 3:01 PM.

S.F. 26: Senator Champion: Right to vote restoration to individuals convicted of a felony upon completion of any term of incarceration imposed and executed by a court for the offense.

Senator Westlin moved the A7 amendment. By a voice vote, the motion prevailed, and the A7 Amendment was adopted.

 

Senator Westlin moved that SF 26 be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. Senator Koran requested a roll call vote and a roll call was granted.

Senator Westlin moved that S.F. 26, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
